He savored it like a delicacy. The father placed his serving in front of the boy. The wife scolded her husband. "You work long. Eat gogi." The protein was plant based. She felt strain in the pit of her stomach. She recognized the weakness in her husband’s actions. Her husband made decisions from his heart. It was his flaw and it prevented her from grander status.
