That is the purpose of this book. As you read these reflections, it is likely they will conjure familiar images for you. Each of the sixty brief reflections is inspired by everyday experiences and emotions.
This is not a book to be read from cover to cover. It is designed to be dipped into, sequentially or not, with favourite passages revisited from time to time. Perhaps it will inspire you to add your own reflections on the theme.
This is a book for seniors and about seniors. It can be enjoyed by anyone from aged 13 to 103, anyone who has experienced or watched the process of ageing.

Dr Phil Ridden has been involved in education as teacher, curriculum writer and consultant, professional development consultant, deputy principal and principal, and board member of two colleges and two not-for-profit organisations. He has written numerous books, and received several leadership awards. In semi-retirement, he continues to write, consult and present. He and his wife are foster carers of infants with the Department of Communities. He regularly leads worship by invitation in several churches.
