MICHAEL AVRIETTE, MSW, is the Continuum of Care Manager of Psychiatric Services at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California.
ARTHUR E. JONGSMA, Jr., Ph D, is the Series Editor for the bestselling Practice Planners. Since 1971, he has provided professional mental health services to both inpatient and outpatient clients.
