About the author

Samuel Escobar is a native of Peru and currently resides in Spain. He is a leading Latin American missiologist and theologian, a major contributor to the articulation of the ‘integral mission’ perspective at the 1974 International Congress on World Evangelization at Lausanne, Switzerland. He is Professor Emeritus of Missiology at Palmer Theological Seminary and a past president of the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students.
