Bouncing from relationship to relationship keeps you from facing YOUR HEALING
Aisha Thomas reached her lowest point as she contemplated suicide while in an abusive relationship. Why was she not good enough? What more could Aisha do to find the real love she dreamed of? Her patterns of relationship jumping never allowed her to address the years of trauma that affected her confidence. Aisha assumed confidence and wholeness came from being in a relationship versus obtaining that in singleness. Her divorce ushered in a belief of failure, which was the rebirth she needed to heal and transform into a TRENDSETTING woman. Too many of us have connected our self-identities to what person we have on our side, the ring on our finger, the children we birth, or even the career heights we achieve. Without any or some of those things, WHO ARE YOU? The first love should be the love of self, and without it, nothing else can fill that void. Let the tools and activities throughout these pages be a step towards what love truly is.
In this book, you will learn:
How to identify and deter common trends of behavior that has led to unhealthy patterns and practices.
How to create improved behaviors to prevent breakdowns in your family or future.
