Erskine Childers (1870-1922) – brytyjski pisarz, autor wpływowej powieści Zagadka piaszczystych ławic. Był zwolennikiem irlandzkiego republikanizmu, na swoim jachcie Asgard przemycił broń do Irlandii. Został stracony przez władze powstającego Wolnego Państwa Irlandzkiego podczas irlandzkiej wojny domowej. Był synem brytyjskiego uczonego orientalisty Roberta Caesara Childersa; kuzynem Hugh Childersa i Roberta Bartona oraz ojcem czwartego prezydenta Irlandii Erskina Hamiltona Childersa.
