This heartfelt tale is our family’s own, dedicated to the memory of Heather Grace, a cherished mother and wife who tragically passed away at the age of 34 during the Covid-19 pandemic in January 2022. Left to explain her passing to his two young children, her husband struggled to find readily available information. Thankfully, with the support of family and community, he navigated the challenge, conducting extensive research on how to discuss sickness, hospitalization, and death with his children during the 41 days Heather spent hospitalized before her passing.
