I Miss My Dad & That’s Okay is a tool to bring awareness to children about the feeling and thoughts that are experienced after a loss. In this comforting and relatable book, we follow the day-to-day life of a child who is grieving the loss of their dad. The child reflects how they wish moments like getting good grades, scoring goals and memories could all be shared with their dad. When the child feels sad or angry, they turn to their friends and mom to share their emotions and realize it’s okay to talk about grief with others.
