The author, David Adam, is a fifth generation Louisianan who has been performing as a musician, professionally and semi-professionally, in south Louisiana for well over forty years and continues to entertain audiences with his musical talents and quick wit.
From his humble beginnings as the son of a fisherman in the little coastal town of Jean Lafitte, to an accomplished musician, composer and successful businessman, he has managed to overcome many adversities.
Because of his deep emotional ties to Louisiana, he felt compelled to publish his first book entitled, Tales From the Bayou. He also released a musical CD entitled, Still Livin Louisiana.
