This volume highlights five critical key issues relevant to Colorado’s Black and Brown communities. As a result of the recent activity around policing and equity, marijuana, education and biases, prisoner reintegration, and activism, it offers solutions to managing those problems. Although Colorado’s Black communities are the focus of the volume, it will also serve as a model for urban communities in different states.
