This book presents a snapshot of a major challenge, and shares subjective views on various areas of conflict in Africa and the diverse – theoretical and practical – efforts to achieve peace. Prof. Dr. Cheng Liu is a Professor of History and holds the UNESCO Chair of Peace Studies at Nanjing University, China.
Prof. Dr. Lester R. Kurtz is a Professor of Public Sociology at George Mason University, USA, currently teaching at its Mason Korea campus, South Korea.
