This book follows the path of One Health, bringing great contributions in the area of zoonotic diseases, the parasites that are responsible for zoonoses transmitted from animals to humans. We have compiled the main parasites that can affect humans and animals, focusing on epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical signs, prevention, control, diagnoses and treatment. Zoonoses and Public Health: One Health is a selection of nine chapters with contributions from renowned researchers in the subject area.
