About the Authors

Om författaren

Alyce Hunter, Ed.D. has been an administrator and teacher in New Jersey public schools for over twenty five years. She has also taught and continues to teach graduate level courses in educational leadership, social studies education, literacy, content area literacy, and special education. She is affiliated with Wagner College, Rutgers University, Centenary College, and Lesley University. She has published four other books: one on teacher portfolios, one on mentoring, and two on differentiated instruction in the English/language arts classroom. Additionally Dr. Hunter has written and is a frequent presenter of a workshop she wrote on differentiation of instruction in middle schools for Pre-AP College Board. She has written numerous articles that have appeared in many national publications.
