Tan Miller, Ph D, is a professor and the director of the supply chain management program at Rider University. Previously he was responsible for the operations of Johnson & Johnson’s US Consumer Distribution Network. He also has headed the U.S. Consumer Healthcare Logistics Network of Pfizer, and held positions with Mercer Management Consulting, Unisys, Warner-Lambert, and American Olean Tile Company. Tan has published extensively on logistics, and received an MA, MBA and Ph D degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
