Ezra Chitando is a Professor in History and Phenomenology of Religion at the University of Zimbabwe and the World Council of Churches Theology Consultant on HIV and AIDS. His research interests include religion and politics, gender, economics, security and HIV. He has published widely in these and other areas.Munyaradzi Nyakudya is a Lecturer in History at the University of Zimbabwe. He has served in several education institutions in Zimbabwe since the late 1980s. His research interests are colonial and post-colonial African history, with a special focus on peace and security studies. He is also Founding Chairman of the Zimbabwe Peace and Security Education and Training Network, a network of academics dedicated to the promotion of peace and security education.Government Phiri (deceased) was a Lecturer in Economic History at the University of Zimbabwe. Up to his untimely death, he was attached to the University of Malawi, where he was assisting with the establishment of a Department of Economic History.
