’The Virtuous Circles’ is all about involutional sensibility as a male-led factor appertaining to both physics and, especially, metaphysics, where virtue, as shorthand for gender fidelity, or ’sync’, is most perfect, albeit most difficult of attainment in a world rooted in its opposite – namely, metachemistry and the prevalence, in consequence, of concrete criteria. The cover shows a circular abstract painting by the author, which he would regard as somehow apposite to the thesis of this text.
