Dr. Supratic Gupta graduated from IIT Madras in 1990 and completed his master’s degree and Ph D from Nagoya University, Japan. He is now part of the faculty in the civil engineering department, Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. He has a lot of academic and research experiences in Japan (twelve years) and India in the field of concrete technology and utilization of waste materials in concrete, bridge design. Prakash Chandra has as MBA in HR and PG diploma in guidance and counseling. He has more than two decades of experiences in the field of nongovernmental organizations and psychological counseling.
