I was born in a small Illinois town in 1931. Fortunately, I was able to complete my schooling thru the 12th grade. After serving in the Air Force during the Korean War, I married and raised three children, supporting my family by working for a local railroad. However, I always had a strong desire to read and write. Thru 25 years of reading about life, philosophy, religion, history, art, and many other subjects, I began writing prose or poetry revealing my reflections and interpretations of my life and extensive readings. I published my first book in 2006.
