SUDGAKAR Reddy is Associate Fellow/Lecturer in the Centre for Economic and Social Studies. He has published several articles in the areas of poverty and unemployment. G.K. MITTRA is programmer/Lecturer in the Centre for Economic and Social Studies, Hyderabad. He has contributed several research articles in the area of applied economics.
