To the Moon is dedicated to those who are planning to, in the midst of, or processing a physical move. Moving with children is challenging. We wanted to offer this book as a tool to support families to prepare for transitions and changes. We hope it can support moments of fun and hilarity whilst delving into potential fears and sadness. We have left space on pages for notes and memories, some mediation drawings for children to colour in as well as some suggestions and ideas for supporting a healthy transition amidst busy moves.
