Following this, Francine Masson, Ph D and Eleanor Ross, Ph D presents the challenges social media poses to professionalism due to potentially blurred boundaries. Dalel Bader and Cristobal Salinas Jr then give a review of skills necessary for employability. Finally, Tiina Peterson presents a study examining Estonian preschool teachers’ professionalism as it applies to European context in an effort to improve the teacher-training system in Estonia.
