Hui Li received his B.Eng. and M.S. degrees from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1986 and 1989 respectively, and his Ph.D. degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2000. He is now a Full Professor at Peking University, Shenzhen Graduate School. He is Director of Shenzhen Key Lab of Information Theory & Future Internet Architecture, CENI’s PKU Lab, and the National Major Research Infrastructure. He proposed the first co-governing future networking architecture “MIN” based on blockchain technology and implemented its prototype on Operator’s Network. This project, “MIN: Co-Governing Multi-Identifier Network Architecture and Its Prototype on Operator’s Network” received a World Leading Internet Scientific and Technological Achievements award at the 6th World Internet Conference in Wu Zhen, China, in 2019. His research interests include network architecture, cyberspace security, distributed storage and blockchain.    Xin Yang received her B.Eng. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology, in 2016. She is currently working on her Ph.D. at the School of Information Science, Peking University. Her research interests include cyber security, future network architecture and distributed storage systems.
