About the author
As a mother of twins, Taama has a keen interest in the growth and education of young children. She writes and illustrates her books with fun and encouragement to kids. In her latest creations, they learn about why the seasons change and how pumpkins grow. Her newest titles are ‘Jim Jack The Bunny, The Seasons of Bunny Hill’, ‘Walter The Pumpkin’, and ‘The 12 Days of Christmas, An Illustrated Carol.’
As a young adult, Taama dreamed of being an artist. She worked at various jobs to pay for her art lessons. Many years later, she graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Environmental Design and her passion turned into a career as an Architect.
During her time as an Architect, she developed a strong sense of design, planning, and visualization. She worked as an Architect for 10 years and then managed an architectural visualization studio for an additional 10 years. In 2009 she co-founded Blue Logic Productions, an animation and video production studio. Blue Logic creates animations, videos, photography, and motion graphics for brands, education, and marketing.
Today she blends her technical skills, artistic talents, and love for kids into fun books which help explain complex processes using funs characters and illustrations.
