Prof. (Mrs.) Tara Devi Singh, (b. 1947) is Professor of Geography at Banaras Hindu University. Her areas of interest are Urban and Population Geography. She has published numerous research papers, monograph, edited volume and authored one book on Indian Ocean in Hindi for which she is awarded by the Government of India in 2010.
Dr. A.P. Mishra, (b. 1958) is Associate Professor of Geography at Banaras Hindu University. His specialization includes rural poverty, resource, regional development studies and gender studies. He has completed three projects and published more than 40 research papers, one research monograph and three books.
Dr. Arun K. Singh, (b.1966) is Associate Professor of Geography in MMV, Banaras Hindu University. His area of interest includes Urban Geography, Population Geography, Participatory Planning and Governance. He is running major research project on urban water supply funded by the UGC.
Dr. Archana K. Roy, (b.1975) is Assistant Professor of Geography at Banaras Hindu University. Her areas of interest are in population, migration and urbanization studies, women studies and study of deprived and marginalized groups. She authored a book Distress Migration and “Left behind” Women.
Dr. Narender Verma, (b.1972) is Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography, Banaras Hindu University. His areas of interest includes Physical Geography and Disaster Management. He has attended several international and national conferences and has to his credit six papers at the international level.
