This monograph consists of 12 chapters and characterizes the homogeneous equilibria involving the acid dissociation of the extractant in the aqueous phase and adduct or mixed ligand complex formation in the organic phase. The information given for each system includes the chemical reactions, the equilibrium constant, the temperature, and the composition of the aqueous and organic phases.
