Hin-Yan Liu is Associate Professor at the Centre for International Law, Conflict and Crisis, Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen. He was previously a Max Weber Fellow and then a Research Fellow at the European University Institute, and has held academic positions at New York University in Florence, King”s College London and the University of Westminster.
