Sometimes the simple words of thank you dont do jusitice to your intention of a thank you. You can be thankful for many different reasons. Some thank yous are simply more meaningful than others.
Many of the most important things to be thankful for are often left unaddressed. Throughout the years, as time passes, we all forget about the simple ways people affect us in our everyday lives. Sometimes, just for a moment, we need to ask ourselves what we are truly thankful for.

Being a daughter, a sister, and a friend, I realized that I have a lot of people to thank. But sometimes as we live our day-to-day lives, we do not think about the impact the people around us have.
Most importantly, my mom has been there with me through each milestone in my life. No matter what, she is always on the sidelines, cheering me on, wiping away my tears, or laughing with me over an inside joke. Upon the creation of the book, “Did I Tell You Thank You?”, I thought of her. I thought of all the simple and unexpected ways I should be thankful. I have received unconditional love and support from my family, and I have so much to be grateful for.
