Dunhuang dance is one of the Chinese classical dance genres created based on the dance postures in the Dunhuang murals, and its style is unique because it has both local and foreign artistic characteristics. On the basis of predecessors’ excavation, exploration, and creation of Dunhuang dance, the author of the manuscript further integrates barre training into Dunhuang dance teaching, using the abnormal dynamics of the human body presented in the Dunhuang murals, and using the characteristics and laws of "bending, stretching, rotating, twisting, moving, and sending" in Dunhuang dance, to maximize the restoration of the prototype of the Dunhuang mural dance posture, and to explore the development and training of the center of gravity action in Dunhuang dance in addition to the style, and to try the power and beauty brought by "imbalance"
