Mark A. Leuchter is associate professor of Hebrew Bible and ancient Judaism and director of Jewish studies at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His recent publications include The Polemics of Exile in Jeremiah 26–45 (2007) and Samuel and the Shaping of Tradition (2013). David T. Lamb is associate professor of Old Testament at Biblical Theological Seminary. He is the author of God Behaving Badly: Is the God of the Old Testament Angry, Sexist and Racist? (2011) and Prostitutes and Polygamists: A Look at Love, Old Testament Style (2015).
