Dr. Pradeep Kumar Singh is currently Professor and Head at the Department of CSE at ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.  He has completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Gautam Buddha University (State Government University), Greater Noida, UP, India. He received his M.Tech. (CSE) with Distinction from GGSIPU , New Delhi, India. He is a senior member of the CSI and ACM, and is an associate editor of IJISMD, IJAEC, IGI Global USA, SPY, Wiley & IJISC journals. He has published 90 research papers and edited 10 books for leading publishers and several special issues for SCI and SCIE journals. He has received three research grants from Govt. of India and Govt. of HP worth Rs 25 Lakhs. He has edited total 8 books from Springer and Elsevier and also edited several special issues for SCI and SCIE Journals from Elsevier and IGI Global. He has Google scholar citations 389, H-index 11 and i-10 Index 15 in his account.

Dr. Yashwant Singh is currently working as an Associate Professor and Head, Computer Science and IT Department at Central University of Jammu, J&K India. He has nealry 15 years of  experience in teaching and research. He has published nearly 60 papers in several Journals and Conferences of Repute. He has published various papers in SCI and SCIE Journals as well from Springer, Elsevier and IGI Global. He has organised several conferences as a General Chair and Publication Chair from Springer and IEEE.


Dr. Maheshkumar H. Kolekar is working as Associate Professor in Department of Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Patna, India. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2007. During 2008 to 2009, he was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Computer Science, University of Missouri, Columbia, USA. During May to July 2017, he worked as DAAD fellow in Technical University Berlin where he worked in the research area EEG signal analysis using machine learning. His research interests are in the area of Digital Signal, Image and Video Processing, Video surveillance, Biomedical Signal Processing, Deep Learning. Recently, he has authored a book titled as “Intelligent Video Surveillance Systems: An Algorithmic Approach”, CRC Press, Taylor and Francis Group, 2018. He has successfully completed R&D Project Sponsored by Principal Scientific Advisor to Govt of India on abnormal human activity recognition.


Prof.(Dr.) Arpan Kumar Kar, is Associate Professor of the Information Systems area in DMS, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He has extensive experience in teaching, training, consultancy and research. He has published over 120 high impact articles, 6 books and has over a thousand citations for his research. He is member in multiple Advisory Committees of Central Government Ministries and Universities. Before joining IIT Delhi, he has earlier taught in IIM Rohtak as Assistant Professor(v). Prior to joining academics, he has worked in IBM Research Lab and Cognizant Business Consulting. He has provided research driven advisory services to leading MNCs and Government Departments / Ministries in India and globally through funded projects and consultancies of around 5 Crores INR. He has received multiple awards and recognitions from reputed organizations like Elsevier, IFIP, I3E, IIT Delhi, IIM Rohtak, PMI, AIMS, TCS, Jadavpur University, etc.


Prof (Dr.) Jitender Kumar Chhabra is Professor, Computer Engineering Department at National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra India. He has published 120 papers in reputed International and National Journals and conferences including more than 40 publications from IEEE, ACM, Elsevier and Springer, most of which are SCI/Scopus indexed. His research interest includes Software Metrics, Data Mining, Soft Computing, Machine Learning, Algorithms & related areas. He is reviewer for most reputed journals such as IEEE Transactions, ACM Transactions, Elsevier, Wiley, Springer etc. He has total 1122 Google Scholar Citations, H-Index 16, i-10 Index 24.


Prof. (Dr.) Abhijit Sen  is working as Professor at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Surrey, BC, Canada. He is Faculty in the Dept of Computing Science and Information Technology. He has done is Ph.D. from Mc Master University, Hamilton, Canada in 1976 and completed his MS [Elec and Comp Sci] from Univ of California, Berkeley, USA in 1970. He has graduated from IIT , Kharagpur in 1968. His research interest includes Emerging Technology, Networking, Wireless and voice comunicatio, Distributed Computing, Internet Applicatin Development.
