Paper work and poor workflow processes tend to plague reverse logistic operations. The intention of this paper is the diagnosis of the barriers of reverse logistic that could be headache for both seller and buyer. This paper utilizes the collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) as an effective tool for diagnosis and identification of barriers of reverse logistic that could be crucial to survival of the organization in the future.
