Jim, Dossie and Hector leave their families behind to go on the road, working, traveling, and living in different places. The magic of their life suits them until a parting of the ways looms on the horizon, and an endurance contest begins between Jim and Dossie. Then new thoughts must be thought, and new roads traveled.
