Passed Down From Mom was compiled and published by The Unapologetic Voice House. We are an independent publishing house on a mission to launch strong female characters and voices out into the world. The Unapologetic Voice House has proudly published a variety of books that have helped women: Vindy Teja”s YOLO: Essential Life Hacks for Happiness, described as “about mindful living, and it will make you laugh, cry, and think”; Valerie Nifora”s I Asked the Wind, “a heartfelt, powerful series of poems”; and Lila Glasoe Francese”s The Situation, an “emotional and intense journey.”The forward is written by the Founder of The Unapologetic Voice House, Carrie Severson. In addition, Carrie made the book a family affair and accepted submissions by her own mother Teresa Severson, sister Holly Hammerquist and sister-in-law Tara Severson.
