SHUO ZHANG works for DSS VHA, in Texas, USA and has been at the frontline of China’s health system.
XIAO-WAN WANG is Professor of Health Economics at the school of Public Health, Central South University, China. He has first hand experience of working in China’s health system as an academic and policy analyst.
