Tom Roy is the founder and president of the Shepherd Coach Network and founder of Unlimited Potential Inc where he ministered to pro baseball players for 38 years. Tom is a former head high school and college baseball coach and has coached and spoken at varied venues in over 60 countries. He has authored or co-authored 7 books, his latest being Shepherd Coach and Flock. Tom and his wife Carin live in Winona Lake, In and are the parents of two adult daughters and have 6 grandchildren.
