Neuroticism: Characteristics, Impact on Job Performance and Health Outcomes offers a review of current theoretical and research perspectives regarding neuroticism and its impact on job performance and health outcomes. The aim is continuing to stimulate the reflection on neuroticism at both theoretical and intervention levels.
