Chandan Kumar Panda, Ph D, is an assistant professor and research scientist in the Department of Extension Education at Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, India. Nitu Bhatnagar, Ph D, is an associate professor in the Department of Chemistry of the Faculty of Science at Manipal University Jaipur.
