Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. A considerable portion of this book was read during its preparation to children in Kindergartens. They appeared to be interested, and listened attentively. It was found important when reading to them to speak slowly and distinctly, thus giving the little hearers time to understand every word.<br><br>Although the author’s aim has been to make the book answer its purpose without alteration or addition, it would always be well for the judicious parent or teacher, when instructing from it, to enlarge on the text and modify the questions according to the age and intelligence of the pupils.
