Her research interests include teacher leadership, organizational conditions and contexts contributing to a collegial school community. Deirdre Torrance is Honorary Fellow at the University of Edinburgh, UK. Her research interests include headship/principalship, teacher leadership, leadership preparation and women in leadership.
