Dr.Amarja Satish Nargunde is working as Associate Professor with the department Management Studies in Bharati Vidyapeeth University, IMRDA, Sangli. She has got eight years of teaching experience in the field of Organizational Behaviour. Her academic qualification is M.Com, M.B.A., M.J.(Master of Journalism). She received Ph D from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. Dr.Nargunde was also selected for Group Study Exchange Program by Rotary International to USA, Kansas. Dr.Nargunde has also developed her own training program for “Soft Skills Development”. Dr.Nargunde also writes for newspapers. An article featuring Dr.Nargunde’s Ph D work was also published in Times of India in April 2013. Dr.Nargunde lives in Sangli, in the state of Maharashtra in India.
