Eyal Herzog, MD Dr. Herzog is the Director of the Cardiac Care Unit at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York. He has published many articles in the field of ACS, echocardiography and clinical pathways, including a pathway for acute coronary syndrome and its implementation. He has also been chosen as the “Teacher of the Year, ” for the Department of Medicine at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital of Columbia University for the last 3 years consecutively. (This is the 5th largest training program in the U.S.) Farooq Chaudhry, MD Dr. Chaudhry is the Director of the Echocardiography Laboratory at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York. Dr. Chaudhry has published over 300 hundred manuscripts, abstracts, review articles and book chapters in echocardiography. He is a nationally renowned echocardiologist and he is on the editorial board of the JASE. He has also been the Course Director for “Echo NY” for the past 6 years; and has been the winner of many awards in the field of Echocardiography.
