In the enchanting Sapphire City, Isabella attends a party at the palace, where she catches the eye of the prince. When she realizes that this is a BDSM play party, she runs out of the palace so fast that she loses the ribbon around her neck, that is the same fabric and pink color as her dress.

Prince James tries to run after her but he gets stopped by one of Isabella’s step-sisters trying to get his attention. When he finally gets rid of her, Isabella is long gone, and the only thing left of her is the ribbon she had loosely tied around her neck that he found on the palace steps.

For two weeks after the party, the prince and his court try to find the mystery woman. Isabella’s step-sisters has seen the dress in the attic and weren’t sure where it had come from. When the prince and his court get to Isabella’s house looking for the dress the ribbon matches, her step-sisters see the ribbon and they both run up to the attic to get the dress. When neither of them could fit it, the prince asks Isabella to try it on. When it fits, he asks her to come back to the palace with him.
