This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of 7 workshops, held at the 42nd International Conference on Conceptual Modeling, ER 2023, held in Lisbon, Portugal, during November 6-9, 2023.The 28 full and 2 short papers were carefully reviewed and selected out of 53 submissions.
