Dr Andy Hind worked as a science teacher in Leeds and Bradford before moving the University of Leeds as a researcher of science education. At the end of these projects Andy returned to secondary teaching as a Head of Science in a secondary school in Leeds and then moved on to work in Initial Teacher Education as a science tutor for both the Open University and Manchester University. Andy moved to Newman University in 2010 where he taught on both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes before his current role as a Head of Secondary Teacher Education at Warwick University.
