Rick A. Myer, Ph D, is a professor and chair of the Department of Educational Psychology and Special Services of the University of Texas at El Paso.  Julia L. Whisenhunt, Ph D, is an associate professor at the University of West Georgia and director of the Ed D in Professional Counseling and Supervision program.  Richard K. James, Ph D, is an active counselor, writer, and consultant and recently retired as a full professor at the University of Memphis.
