William F. Evans earned his doctorate from the University of South Carolina and is a professor at James Madison University. Over the years, he has served as a parish pastor, hospital chaplain, and Air National Guard chaplain who retired as a brigadier general. Evans is a coauthor of several books and a board member of the Viktor Frankl Institute. His scholarly interests include life meaning, holistic health, leadership, and spirituality.
