This Victorian crime caper marks BAFTA award-winning writer and director Mario Theodorou’s debut novel.
London. 1904.
Three years after Queen Victoria’s death, Edward VII sits on the throne, the economy is struggling, and Captain Scott is at the South Pole. Felix Grey, the second youngest Prime Minister in history, rides a populist wave into Number 10.
Battling self-doubt and fierce opposition, Felix’s resolve is ignited by the mysterious abduction of a Lord from a London club. Neglecting his duties, Felix teams up with an Oxford professor and a printer’s apprentice. Together, they plunge into London’s murky politics and notorious landmarks, uncovering a plot to wreak havoc before the state opening of Parliament.
