Nick Frost is an actor, screenwriter, and author known for his comedy sketch work and movies. Growing up in Hornchurch, he left school to support his family after his sister’s death and his mother’s stroke, leading to him meeting his lifelong friend Simon. Together, they wrote and starred in comedy sketches for television before creating the Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy from 2004 to 2013. In 2015, Nick wrote his first memoir, Truths, Half-Truths & Little White Lies, which followed the hardships and tragedies during his early life. Nick currently resides in London and spends his time between acting and his three children.
