BINOD C. AGRAWAL (Ph. D. Wisconsin) works at Space Applications Centre, ISRO, Ahmedabad.Dr Agrawal taught at lowa State University, and Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi. He was responsible for the Social Evaluation of the Satellite Instructional Television Experiment (SITE). He was also Executive Secretary of the Xth International Congress of Anthropological and Ethnological Sciences (1978). His publications include Cultural Contours of Religion and Economics in Hindu Universe(1980), Television Comes to the Village : An Evaluation of SITE (1980)and SITE Social Evaluation: Results, Experiences and Implications(1981). He is the Project Leader of Yanadi Action Research Project. N SUDHAKAR RAO holds his Master’s Degree in Anthropology from S.V. University, Tirupati. He is currently working with the Commission of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, Hyderabad. He has been associated with Yanadi Action Research Project since 1976. He lived and worked among the Yanadi for almost five years. He has published several articles and has been actively involved in anthropological researches. P C GURIVI REDDY (Ph. D. He has published several articles and has been actively involved in anthropological researches. Presently, he is organizing an “Action Group” to initiate community programmes in Andhra Pradesh.
