Precious was born two-and-a-half months premature and weighed just one pound. Her eyes did not develop fully, and she is blind. Precious Perez is a classically trained vocalist/songwriter and disability activist. She holds a degree in music education and vocal performance from Berklee College of Music. She lives in Louisville, Kentucky.
